VIP Heat and Recovery Pass

Policies and Terms & Conditions

​

The VIP Heat and Recovery Pass provides appointment-only access to the Richway BioMat and Infrared Dome at Vitalized Performance Group (VPG Waves) in Glastonbury, Connecticut.

​

Members may schedule one 60-minute session per day, Monday through Friday.

​

Appointments are managed through the Mindbody appointment system on our website.

Appointments are available from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, subject to availability.

​

Advance appointments are required. Walk-ins are not accepted.

​

Sessions are limited to one hour and cannot be combined, transferred, or carried over.

​

Members must book using the same email address associated with their Wix membership.

 

 You must use the same email address on the wix membership as on Mindbody and Waiverlink. 

​

Membership Payment Status
Membership payments must remain current to maintain access to member appointment benefits. If a monthly payment is missed or the membership is not current, keep reading. 

​

If you arrive for an appointment while your membership is not current, you may choose to:
Pay the outstanding membership balance in the office to restore your membership access; or pay the regular full price for that service.

​

Cancellations and Missed Appointments
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice when canceling or rescheduling an appointment. This courtesy helps make appointment times available to other members.

​

Missed appointments and late cancellations are subject to the VPG Waves booking policy.

​

General Membership Terms

Membership access is personal and may not be shared or transferred.

​

Membership pricing, renewal, cancellation, and any minimum commitment terms are displayed at checkout and apply upon purchase.

​

This membership is intended for relaxation and general wellness support only. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

​

Members should consult a qualified healthcare professional regarding any health concerns or medical conditions.

​

VPG Waves may update these terms with reasonable notice.
